We’re looking for an Equipment Operator with the skills, reliability, and dedication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

1+ year of equipment operating experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete (required)
Ability to operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Punctuality and availability to work full-time, including occasional weekends
Valid G License required
Ability to load and unload tools and equipment on trucks
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
